How much space does a fire pit area need?

Plan for roughly 6 to 7 feet of clear space around the pit for seating and circulation. We mark the footprint on site before building.

Do you build the outdoor kitchen itself?

We build the paver foundation, pads, seat walls and surrounds, and coordinate the footprint with the cabinetry, grill and counter installer who follows.

Can these features be added to an existing patio?

Yes. We tie into the existing field, blending paver color and elevation, and reset the surrounding courses so the transition is invisible.

How long do these projects take?

A fire pit with a seat wall usually takes 2 to 3 working days. Larger outdoor living builds depend on utilities, size and the surrounding paving.

Do I need a permit or HOA approval?

Often yes, especially with gas lines or electrical. We prepare drawings, handle permitting and give you the material details your HOA needs.
