Bastos is a manufacturer as well as an installer. Units are batched, pressed, cured, tested and stored in our own plant, and sold by the pallet to contractors, builders and homeowners.

The plant is on Ponce De Leon Blvd in Brooksville. Trade accounts and homeowners can pick up by appointment, or we schedule delivery from our own yard. Installation projects across Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties are supplied from the same production.

Inside the plant
From batched mix to a labeled pallet
Five controlled steps. Every one of them is a reason the color on your job can be repeated later.

Mix design
Aggregate, cement and oxide pigment are batched by weight for each run. Ratios are recorded against the job, which is what makes a color reproducible years later.

Press and cure
Units are vibro-compacted and cured under controlled humidity so strength develops evenly across the pallet, not just on the top course.

Strength check
Units are checked for compressive strength and dimensional tolerance before a run is released. Ask the trade desk for the test sheet on your batch.

Batch storage
Finished pallets are labeled with mold, blend and run date. That archive is what we search when a client calls about a repair on a ten-year-old driveway.

Direct delivery
Material moves from our yard to the site on our schedule. No distributor allocation, no substituted blend when a line is backordered.
Supply / Trade sales
We sell pavers direct to contractors and builders.
Pallet pricing, delivery scheduling and sample boards are available to trade accounts. Send the square footage, style and color and we quote from current production, with no distributor markup and no import lead time.
