Four stages, nothing improvised
Each stage is clearly defined, so you always know what happens next.
Estimate & design
We handle the details so you don't have to. Our team will measure your space, take photos, and provide a comprehensive quote featuring a clear scope of work and upfront pricing. Ready to design? Visit our showroom to handpick your colors and styles.
- Square footage, layout and details confirmed on site
- Paver style, color and pattern chosen from our own product lines
- Written estimate with materials, and labor spelled out
Scheduling & permits
After your contract is signed and your deposit is paid, we get right to work. We'll order your custom materials, handle necessary permits, and provide you with a tentative start date so you know what to expect.
- Tentative start dates are sent by e-mail so you know when we are planning to start
- Permits and HOA submittals handled by us where required
Demolition & base prep
This is the part nobody sees and the reason pavers hold flat in Florida sand. Old surface out, base compacted and area is prepared for pavers.
- Existing concrete, asphalt or failed pavers removed and hauled away
- Compacted base built to the depth the use requires
- Grade and drainage set before a single paver is laid
Installation & final walkthrough
Pavers are laid to the chosen pattern, cut clean at borders, locked with edge restraint and swept with joint sand. Then a final walkthrough will be scheduled.
- Clean saw cuts at borders, steps and pool coping
- Edge restraint and joint sand so the field stays locked
- Site cleaned, then a walkthrough of the project is scheduled.
