Key benefits

Why Choose Our Pressure Washing and Sealing Services

Preventive care costs a fraction of a rebuild. We clean properly, re-sand the joints, and seal your surfaces using premium products engineered specifically for Florida's harsh sun and moisture challenges.

Color protected from Florida sun

Sealing shields pigment from UV rays and moisture, so any fading caused by the sun or moisture damage is minimized.

Stains

Stains occur, which means routine cleaning stays routine.

Deep clean before we seal

Pressure washing come first. Sealing over dirt locks the dirt in, so we never skip this step.

Joint sand replaced, not topped off

We re-sand joints so the pavers interlock again, which is what keeps pavers from shifting underfoot and under tires.

Honest assessment first

If a section needs to be repaired, we tell you before the job instead of sealing over a problem.

Most homes done in 2 days

We pressure wash the first day, and we resand the joints and seal the pavers the next.

"We just left the showroom at the Bastos Showroom in Ft. Myers. The display of a multitude of different colored pavers in a variety of styles was incredibly helpful. But even better was Loretta, she provided all sorts of information about sizes and designs. Then showed us photos of driveways, walks and patios of the paver we were considering on a large screen. Our education even included going outside to view different techniques. Very Helpful!!"

"We have had Bastos do several jobs for us in two different locations and can only say that it has been done swiftly, professionally and a pleasure to witness and then enjoy the finished installations. I would recommend them to all!"

FAQ

Sealing & Cleaning Questions, Answered

Frequency, finishes, stains and cure times for paver maintenance in Southwest Florida.

Every two to three years for most Southwest Florida properties, using a high quality, water-based sealer.

Water-Based Sealer: We use a water-based sealer that soaks deep into the pavers. This keeps the surface safe and much less slippery. Natural Stone Option: Natural stone can become slick. We can add a special grip material to the sealer to make it safer to walk on.

We spot-treat before washing. Deeply set rust or oil may lighten rather than disappear completely.

Yes. Pressure washing can displace joint sand. We always sweep in fresh silica sand before sealing to keep your pavers locked in place.

Foot traffic is usually fine once the pavers are dry to the touch; however, 24 hours is better. Depending on humidity and the weather, we recommend 24-48 hours for driving/parking on the newly sealed pavers.

Yes, Our experienced crew carefully cleans the natural stone, sweeps in joint sand and applies a water based sealer that is safe and breathable for natural stone.
